US domestic shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail from Brooklyn, NY within 2 to 4 business days of order placement unless it indicates in the listing. Custom orders take longer, please let us know if you have a certain time frame you need to work within. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us. All orders will have tracking information which will be included in a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order is on its way. Usually takes 3 to 4 business days to arrive, however, it can take a few days longer, especially during peak periods. Please note that Heartfish Press is not responsible for service transit time.
International shipping
Hearfish Press ships everywhere in the world via USPS First-Class International Mail from Brooklyn, NY within 2 to 4 business days of order placement unless it indicates in the listing. Custom orders take longer, please let us know if you have a certain time frame you need to work within. Once it has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order is on its way. Tracking information is not available for International orders, unless you contact us for expedited shipping or registered mail for more fee. The general time frame for International shipping is 5 to 10+ business days to arrive, however, it can take up to 6 weeks. Please note that Heartfish Press is not responsible for service transit time.
Packages
All orders will be carefully packaged with durable photo mailers (prints, greeting cards and note cards), tube mailers (posters) or a box (dried flower products) marked as “DO NOT BEND” or “DO NOT CRUSH.” Please recycle upon receiving your orders.
Returns
Please contact us if your order has come damaged as soon as possible – we will work out a solution right away.
Heartfish Press does not exchange your item(s) once it’s shipped out. Thank you for understanding.
About our products
Please understand that due to hand printing/handmade nature, each product is slightly different so your item would definitely be one of a kind and the color might look a little bit different from the pictures. (Due to your monitor settings, too) Also, dried flowers are very fragile in nature, please handle with care upon receiving.
Sales Tax
An 8.875% sales tax is required for all New York state residents and will be automatically added to their order. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.
